Basic understanding of flowcharts and UML Diagrams ( especially state diagrams and sequence diagrams)
A coding IDE that supports the C++20 standard
Intermediate proficiency in English (not below the B2 Level based on the CEFR standard)
Description
This is a well-designed course that aims at guiding and helping its audience to interactively build and develop a multithreaded programming mindset that combines: 1) a deep understanding of the fundamentals of the concurrency and multithreading paradigm from both of the HW and the SW perspectives2) a solid understanding of a wide range of C++ (11/14/17/20)3) a practical hands on the development of safe multithreaded applications using the modern C++ multithreading features4) the ability to model the multithreaded behaviors of a given multithreaded application using UML sequence diagramsThroughout this course, I will illustrate a lot of diagrams and visual aids I’ve created to facilitate the understanding of various theoretical concepts, the natures of a variety of modern C++ multithreading features and the included practical examples.More contents (that cover more multithrededing features in modern C++) are intended to be added in addition to the already published course contents.Some improvements are intended to be applied on the already published course contents.
