Alphacam 2015 R1 – Tool Holders & Aggregates
A library of tool holders and aggregates can now be created in Alphacam and used in conjunction with any tool. Created from extruded/revolved geometry or solid models these holders give much improved visualisation and collision detection.

Alphacam 2015 R1 – Multi Drill
The multi drill unit of any CNC router can now be configured and fully simulated within Alphacam. Drills at 32mm pitch can be brought down together to reduce machining time and linked with the Alphacam multi drill macro a whole panel fully optimised at lightening speed.

Alphacam 2015 R1 – Advanced 5 Axis
First integration of ModuleWorks technology into Alphacam. Complex 5-axis tool path generation and manipulation including the ability to check against any part of the tool including the arbour and any other surrounding surfaces.

Google SketchUp files can now me loaded directly into Alphacam and machined with ease.

Alphacam 2015 R1 – View Comparison
View comparison compares the original solid model part to the resulting machined material. This highlights if stock is left on the part because of the tooling used and if so allows the user to undertake an alternative approach.
