WinToUSB是一个免费的应用软件。它可以将Windows操作系统从ISO光盘镜像或者CD/DVD光驱安装到USB移动硬盘或者U盘。

WinToUSB主要特性包括：

易于使用的向导界面帮助您将Windows安装到USB移动硬盘或U盘。
支持从ISO光盘镜像或者CD/DVD光驱安装操作系统。
支持Microsoft Windows NT 6.x系列操作系统 (Vista/7/8/8.1/2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2)。
使用任意版本Windows 8(.1)创建Windows To Go USB启动盘。
支持MBR和GPT磁盘。
不需要安装第三方软件或者库，如WAIK或者WADK。

注意事项：

Windows Vista/7/2008/2008 R2不能原生支持USB3.0，所以Windows Vista/7/2008/2008 R2必须从USB 2.0端口启动。
U盘的速度很慢。在U盘上安装和启动系统需要相当长的时间，所以强烈推荐使用USB移动硬件安装系统。
Windows To Go可以从不同的电脑上启动，所以可以将它带到任何地方并且从不同的电脑上启动。
Windows 7不完全支持从不同的电脑上启动。从其它电脑上启动可能会遇到需要激活和驱动不兼容的问题。
运行WinToUSB需要管理员权限。

WinToUSB is a handy program that allows you to install Windows on a USB flash or hard drive and run Windows from that drive. This easy to use program provides simple instructions to install an ISO or CD/DVD image to your USB drive. Once installed, users can easily deploy Windows from the image on the USB drive .

The program provides support for MBR and GPT disk layouts and works with Windows XP/Vista/7/8/8.1/2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2.

Important notes:
Windows Vista/7/2008/2008 R2 does not have built-in USB 3.0 support, so Windows Vista/7/2008/2008 R2 will have to be booted from a USB 2.0 port.
USB flash drives are very slow. It takes a long time to install and run Windows from a USB flash drive, highly recommend using a USB hard disk.
Windows To Go drives can be booted on different computers, so you can carry it to anywhere and use it on any computer.
Windows 7 is not completely portable. You may have activation and driver problems when booting on different computers.
You need to be an administrator on the computer you are installing the WinToUSB on.
