I spent years grappling with these exact questions. Driven by curiosity, I began sampling iconic vintage Hadrware units.

The results blew me away – I couldn’t stop there. Soon, I was crafting entirely new patches from fresh piano samples using the older workstation technoiques -, each one meticulously tailored for maximum impact.

But now thanks to Xfer records, we can throw the power of these Multisamples the world’s most infamous modern synthesizer – Serum 2

Not only can we utilise the legendary transient response, dynamic audio engine of Serum 2, but we can also utilise its voicing structure and effects rack to elevate the sounds even further.
