In this episode, Ed and Lori work with three young subjects in a busy park, on the 4th of July, in temperatures nearing 100, with mid day sun. Talk about challenging circumstances! The goal of this tutorial is to show a variety of methods to create flattering, directional, soft lighting that blends unobtrusively into the images created. Techniques used include open shade, naturally occurring reflected sun, supplemental soft flash and open sky.
