The release of Matrix 7 – the latest version of the popular 3D Jewelry Design Software from Gemvision, LLC. New radical features, most notably the integration of T-Splines modeling functionality, enhanced Gem Tools, and expanded V-Ray rendering capabilities.
The new range of surface modeling tools powered by T-Splines offer the user an entirely new way to design organic and flowing jewelry elements. This new approach to CAD elicits the look of luxuriously fluid jewelry without the labor of building the model curve by curve. Built right into Matrix 7, a vast library of starting point T-Splines models help jump start the user’s creations.
Ground breaking new Gem Tools offer more control over the layout of gems. Whether remounting customer gems or creating a stock design from scratch, there is a Gem Tool that will make the job faster and easier.
The new V-Ray rendering engine integrated into Matrix 7 allows users at any skill level to create stunning, photorealistic images of their jewelry designs and incorporate seductive effects.
Other upgrades and enhancements found in Matrix 7 include:
– New F6 Mode strategically places favorite tools in one customizable menu accessible from one tap of the keyboard.
– Expanded Shade Modes provide not only a new look, but new at-a-glance functionality while designing.
– New Smart Flow functionality makes it even easier to design in 2D and have it automatically create the corresponding 3D model.
